About Me

Having spent my entire career in human resources, my true passion is aligning the human resources function and organizational capabilities to the business exit strategy of private equity held businesses.  I create a human resources function and organizational capabilities that maximize talent, improve efficiency and profitability, strengthen operations and increase the competitive positioning of your business.  My goal is to make your people and human resources practices, processes and strategy a value-added asset in your exit process.

I spent eleven years at GE which is often akin to the Harvard of human resources. It is there that I learned the fundamentals of human resources and received world class training in human resources strategy, succession planning, executive coaching, facilitation, six sigma and change management. After GE, I was the Chief Human Resources Officer for CB Richard Ellis, Webster Bank and PE held, HealthPlanOne.  I have also consulted for many companies in a variety of industries, both privately and publicly held.  I am an innovative problem-solver,  visionary leader, key executive participant and human resource advocate in strategic, decision-making teams.

I earned my MBA from Pace University after completing my B.S. in economics from The University of Massachusetts.  I am the founder of CBIG (Conscious Business Impact Group), an organization dedicated to promoting business leaders’ impact through leading edge business principles. I also believe in giving back to the community through service and serve on the Board of the Darien/Norwalk YWCA.

I was honored twice with GE’s Pinnacle Award and I was also given recognition by Congressman Shays for my contributions in developing programs for the aid of disadvantaged women.
